A long overdue message about the IOTA Community
I don´t have 600 Billion Reasons for IOTA, like Terry Shane has. But i have one, and this is the maybe best reason you can have. And maybe, also the most important point for every open source project.
The Community!
I have never seen such a passionate and engaged ecosystem like IOTA has.
There are so many hidden heroes, Who never had, and never asked for the attention he deserves.
Time to show appreciation to these people!
But who are these people? People who give 110% for IOTA, since months and years. People Who are always there to Support others, and put so many time, passion and of course personal money (for resources, not as an invest!) In the ecosystem. I will never be able to mention all of them, but to Name a view,
there is No8ody, wo is nearly 24/7 reachable and work daily on HLM (Hornet Light Manager) and Tanglebay. Paul aka. Piota, who made some of the greatest IOTA tutorials on his blog, keep everything up to date and is always up to test and upgrade these things. Markus, who joined the community shortly after myself, and is now for years here and Support the community on Telegram, he is never afraid of answering the same questions again and again, and is an important Part of the German community these days. Sometime it feels like he is a glue that holds all in place there. Carpincho Dem, who rebooted the whole IOTA Evangelist Network with such an energy and passion, i rarely seen before. At this point, i also like to thank all IEN members too, for all their work on adoption and their Love.
Schmucklos, with the most advanced “einsteiger” guide iv‘e ever seen. From a simple PDF file to a whole reference website about IOTA, who is always updated is simply awesome. I think this page is no more only for beginners.
The whole Telegram (non-official) and Discord (official) admin Team who made a incredible job. Huhn, one of the most active community Developers, and owner of einfachIOTA. we have crossed our paths a few times since i am an active community member, for example at Akita, or on an Hackathon. He is always here for questions and a cool project. If we talk about devs, i need to mention Thoralf too. His Promoter for example is a real asset to the community! All the meetup organizers, Article writers, Youtubers and so on.. And these are only a view people i have quick in mind.
What i learned from the very beginning is, you need help with something? You get help! These is one of the many awesome aspects, who made this community and project this strong and unique it is.
If we talk about community, we also have to mention Antionio Nardella, IOTA´s community manager. Or simply the guy with the coffee. It feels like he never sleeps, and is always there and answer questions. So its time to Thank you also!
There are so many people worth to mention here, but its simply impossible. I found friends, wonderful discussions, and learned more from these guys then i ever would be able to learn for myself in thousand years.
This Post is for YOU, because you are awesome. Without you guys IOTA would not be IOTA.
